We perform rigorous reviews and inspection, as outlined in our QCP, to ensure the quality of workmanship conforms to contract requirements. The Program Manager and Quality Control Manager are responsible for implementation and oversight of the QCP and the performance of quality control activities associated with the task orders. The Quality Control Manager, in conjunction with the Program Manager, develops and executes project-specific procedures and policies tailored for each contract and deliverable. The Program Manager has full authority to stop or re-direct any work being performed to ensure that it is in full contract compliance and meets Martek’s high standards for quality.
