Martek-Gothams JV Awarded FEMA LogHOUSE II Contract to Support Disaster Housing Operations Nationwide
Martek-Gothams JV has been awarded a contract by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Logistics Housing Operations Unit Installation, Maintenance, and Deactivation (LogHOUSE II) program.
The multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supports FEMA’s mission to rapidly deploy temporary housing and critical infrastructure following federally declared disasters.
Through LogHOUSE II, the Martek-Gothams JV will provide comprehensive housing operations and mission support services, including transportation, installation, maintenance, deactivation, site assessments, logistics, and other field services required to establish and sustain temporary housing operations.
The award aligns with Martek’s growing focus on Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions and Federal Mission Support, bringing together infrastructure, logistics, field operations, technology, and program management to support complex, rapidly deployable environments.
Douglas Knight, President of Martek, stated:
“We are honored to support FEMA’s critical disaster response mission through the LogHOUSE II program. This award reflects our ability to mobilize people, infrastructure, and operational resources quickly and effectively when communities need them most.”
Mark Tornillo, CEO & Founder of Martek, added:
“LogHOUSE II represents an important expansion of Martek’s Federal Mission Support capabilities and demonstrates how our Intelligent Infrastructure approach extends beyond permanent facilities. Whether supporting a mission-critical facility or a rapidly deployed temporary environment, our focus is the same—bringing together infrastructure, operations, technology, and people to support the mission.”
Martek-Gothams JV combines the complementary capabilities of Martek Global Services and Gothams to provide responsive, scalable support for complex disaster housing and recovery operations nationwide.
