AI Compute Edge (ACE) Innovation Center

Located in the heart of Idaho Falls growing energy corridor, Martek’s EnergyScale is a planned innovation and technology center positioned directly across from Department of Energy – Idaho National Laboratory. The AI Compute Edge (ACE) Innovation Center is designed to support organizations advancing next-generation energy, advanced SMR manufacturing, workforce development, and mission-critical technologies that will provide HPC and AI compute edge fixed and mobile data sovereign capabilities.

A Martek-developed facility serving as the home of Curtiss-Wright’s Nuclear Division in Idaho Falls. The facility supports technologies and services critical to the commercial nuclear, naval nuclear, and advanced reactor industries and represents a key component of the region’s growing advanced energy ecosystem.

Department of Homeland Security Secure Operations Center
Idaho Falls, Idaho
Developed by Martek, this mission-critical federal facility was designed to support specialized homeland security operations within a secure and resilient environment.
Serving as developer, Martek managed the acquisition, redevelopment, and delivery of the facility, including major modernization, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvements necessary to support sensitive government missions. The project was successfully completed on schedule and within budget despite exceptionally historical challenging winter construction conditions.
As part of Martek’s Intelligent Infrastructure portfolio, the facility demonstrates our ability to plan, develop, and deliver secure operational environments for federal agencies and mission-critical programs.

USGS Great Lakes Science & Research Facility
Huron, Ohio
A specialized federal research and marine operations facility developed to support the mission of the U.S. Geological Survey.
Martek provided turnkey development, design-build delivery, and infrastructure modernization services to transform multiple outdated facilities into a consolidated mission-critical research environment. The project integrates laboratory, office, logistics, waterfront, and vessel support functions into a single operational platform that enhances efficiency, collaboration, and long-term mission performance.
